WHAT IS A SAFETY OFFICER? WHY WOULD I WANT TO BECOME ONE?
The Safety Officer develops and recommends measures for assuring personnel safety and monitors and/or anticipates hazardous and unsafe situations. Occupational health and safety officer coordinates health and safety systems in an organization. He/she identifies hazards and assesses risks to health and safety, puts appropriate safety controls in place, and provides advice on accident prevention and occupational health to management and employees.

Safe Line Consultancy, Inc. is accredited by the Occupational Safety and Health Center of the Department of Labor and Employment (OSHC-DOLE) to deliver a wide range of occupational safety and health services. This accreditation authorizes the company to operate as:
Safety Training Organization (STO) – qualified to conduct DOLE-recognized safety and health trainings for workers, supervisors, and safety officers, ensuring compliance with OSH standards.
Safety Consulting Organization – authorized to provide professional safety and health consultancy services, such as risk assessments, safety audits, policy development, and compliance guidance for workplaces.
Construction Heavy Equipment Testing Organization – accredited to perform testing, inspection, and certification of construction heavy equipment to verify that machinery meets safety and operational standards.
Work Environment Measurement Provider – accredited to assess workplace conditions (category 1a, 1b and 1c)
